Spacious, clean and private. Great views and not too far from food and amenities. It was a great base camp for our family adventures around Kanab. Will definitely be back!

Great communication and a very clean, convenient, and comfortable property. Location was good for our trip that included Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks, Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon. Quiet part of town for very restful nights. Our planned day trip to Grand Canyon north rim was cancelled because of recent fires, but there was a great notebook of things to do in the property, so we were easily able to find replacement activities.

Very clean, the wrap around patio and very large yard was awesome for socializing and hanging out with family, mini split A/Cs were nice to be able to control temp in each zone, and spa was super relaxing and clean. Would definitely be here again!!

This place was a pleasant surprise. Most Airbnbs look better in the pictures than they actually are. This place is the opposite, it was as good as or better than the pictures. Most Airbnbs, if they have pans at all have those awful Teflon coated non-stick pans. This place had high quality stainless steel pans. High quality knives. High quality utensils. Each room had it’s own mini-split for heating/cooling. This place was pristine clean. Would definitely stay again.
